finally can hit 5KM run at treadmill, my injury recovery status 65%, today very suffer cos i forgot to bring my water bottle .. continues bike n run totally no water at all ! 3 month not really serious run, most far distance for this years , my right leg abit cramp , and left knee just a little little bit pain. fail...... reason [1]No water [2]Last min go for training
