This morning abit late when to gym, 11morning reach mid valley , get lunch around 11.30am
start swim at 12.20pm, weather is so hot. take around 2hours non-stop only finish 200laps. after 10min slowly start raining, luckly ... start my bike around 2.35pm keep bike , 1st 40km abit fast , cos the bike max is 99min only , i make it at 1st round. 2nd round 30km , 3rd 30km ,100km is not easy i cant feel like legs when done . 7:15pm nice to saw Lawrance came to gym , the guy very hardcore at treadmill since i train at Mid Valley . afterthat take bath everything i check my weight before 72.25 and after 70.10kg was OMG ... is a good slimming , haha ... but stomage very very hungry , guess what i eat ? Chicken rice x5 packs . shit ! sana keluar sini masuk balik ....
