13dec morning suddenly go to Klang work , jam like hell 5:30pm baru reach home . was promise Kei Ming 4:00pm meet up at PJ UTAR , so sorry he waiting me for 1hours+ paiseh ! terus rush to Puchong meet up Frank , Jamie , chin ann for dinner . reach putra jaya already 730pm just 30min prepare everything for race . 1st 6hours i very pia 8min/KM, when 7-8hours my leg start cramps tahan and tahan to walks , 9-10hours lagi kao ~ 20min/KM . after 10hours i was complete my target 50km , i terus Knock out , tired and get a rest cos next week 21dec still got race for Malaoff 12km
i think my result for every 2hours updates ... agak agak
2hours - 15KM
4hours - 28KM
6hours - 35KM
8hours - 45KM
10hours - 50KM stop !
after 10-12hours - Knock out - rest
Suffer then FULL MARATHON !
