Reminder ......This is my 7th times step into Penang Bridge Marathon , since year 2000,01,02,03,06,08 and 2009.
PBIM 2000 :when i study secondary school @ form 5 , my 1st attempt outsider running race was 21KM finish time around 3hours heavy cramp. i miss out alot yrs to participant full marathon , this is my 3rd to fight for full . about SCKLM09 i was injury ITB , fail to finish the course . This coming PBIM i will revenge to complete the race. 11month no training for more then 20km. but i will try my best to hit it sub6. wish all runners good luck at PBIM 2009 . raining ya , hahaha ......
