Finally i done my 1st non-stop 10km this year 2009 , was so happy 90% recovery . Every time i training, my leg will pain after 20min during run , but today was not so pain Miracle . i keep run and slow pace hope can finish without stopping . weather is hot (no water) until last KM reach petrol station , drink water tap beside the air-pump machine . and i make it ! YES
