Sundown Marathon !
Today i received a call from adidas Sundown Marathon Officer, about Win a Race Slot! Seven Seas JointCare Sport Contest. oh is great or OMG , 84KM! but i still not sure yet is win or not , i just reply my full particular to the officer . in the same time can run with my my friends those taking Ultra-Marathon . (Frank Chong,Victor Loh,Tay Poh Chye,Tey End Tiong) hope can see u guy at singapore ! ALL THE BEST , ULTRA MAN

Trial Recovery Run

still on injury , can feel it [ITB] pain spot after a run, previous doctor said not ITB , is runners knee , after 5months still the same. i take Viartril-S, double X (Multi Vitamin) ,X-tra Calcium, still cant help my up injury. SAD.....
