"December 2008 , i was get injured at 12hours Putra-Jaya Walks Events , a week after my first Singapore Marathon 42.195KM. Consault few doctor , final get the sick of Runner Knee, 2month still cant recover get to run and my weight keep going up. Now a days only watch other ppl running,i feel sad cant do anything. will rest untill May09 depends on condition then will start training for KL Marathon.
